Under the patronage of the Dean of the Technical Administrative College / Kufa, Assistant Professor Dr. Dirgham Hassan Abdul-Abdali, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college held an awareness seminar titled “Student Discipline Laws and Regulations in Institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research” as part of the strategic plan for Iraqi national women. The seminar was presented by Mr. Diyaa Razzak Kazem, Head of the Student Affairs Division at the college, on 10/2/2026, with the attendance of several faculty members and students.The seminar included an explanation of the main provisions of the discipline regulations, clarification of students’ rights and duties within the campus, and an outline of the procedures followed in case of violations, contributing to the creation of a disciplined and safe university environment.The seminar aims to raise students’ awareness of university rules and regulations, promote behavioral and ethical commitment, and instill principles of responsibility and discipline in line with the policies of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
