Under the Patronage of the Dean of the College Assistant Professor Dr. Dirgham Hassan Abd Al-Abdali, respected,The Department of Hospital Management Technologies organized a workshop entitled “Skills of the Successful Entrepreneur”, presented by Lecturer Asst. رضا مهند غازي (M.M. رضا مهند غازي), with the participation of a number of department students and those interested in entrepreneurship and professional development.The workshop focused on the key skills that a contemporary entrepreneur should possess, foremost among them strategic planning, time management, risk analysis, and decision-making skills, in addition to communication skills and team building. It also emphasized the importance of innovative thinking and flexibility in facing challenges, particularly in the healthcare business environment, which requires administrative efficiency and advanced financial awareness.The workshop addressed practical aspects related to transforming ideas into actionable projects, mechanisms for preparing feasibility studies, and building a business model. It also highlighted inspiring entrepreneurial stories and experiences locally and globally, in a way that enhances the culture of initiative among students and motivates them to enter the labor market with confidence and competence.Lecturer Asst. رضا مهند غازي affirmed that empowering students with entrepreneurial skills is a fundamental step toward preparing administrative leaders capable of developing healthcare institutions and contributing to sustainable development through innovative projects that respond to the needs of society and the labor market.
