Under the Patronage of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Dirgham Hassan Abd,The Women’s Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Information Management Technologies, organized an awareness training course entitled: “Physiological Response and Women’s Physical Abilities in Self-Defense Situations,” as part of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace, and Security. The course was delivered by Lecturer Asst. Raed Mohammed Matar and was held over three days, from 5/4/2026 to 7/4/2026.The course aimed to empower women both cognitively and physically to مواجهة emergency situations by understanding the body’s response to danger, developing physical abilities and reaction speed, and applying principles of biomechanics in self-defense.In conclusion, emphasis was placed on the importance of enhancing women’s physical and motor awareness, contributing to increased self-confidence and the creation of a safe and sustainable environment.
