Website Unit
This unit is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the college’s official website, ensuring easy access to information and electronic services for students, faculty members, and visitors. It also supervises regular content updates and provides interactive interfaces that enhance institutional communication.
Laboratories Unit
This unit manages and operates the college’s computer laboratories. Its responsibilities include setting up and maintaining equipment, installing software, and ensuring the labs are ready for practical lessons and training. It also provides technical support during classes.
Computer and Network Maintenance Unit
This unit handles the maintenance of computers, printers, and networking devices at the college. Its tasks include troubleshooting, equipment installation, managing internal networks, and ensuring continuous connectivity to the local network and the internet.
Administrative Unit
This unit oversees the organizational and administrative affairs of the Information Technology Division, such as file management, scheduling, staff affairs within the division, and coordination among the different units to ensure smooth workflow.
Systems and Software Unit
This unit focuses on the development and maintenance of the electronic systems used within the college (such as the student registration system or HR system). It also analyzes the college’s software needs and designs customized technical solutions.
