Providing comprehensive administrative and academic services to students in an efficient and timely manner.
Promoting awareness of students’ rights and responsibilities both within and outside the college.
Supporting and encouraging students to participate in scientific, cultural, and social activities.
Providing academic and career guidance to help students choose their educational and professional paths.
Following up on student registration, leaves, transfers, and issuing official documents (certificates, transcripts).
Improving communication channels between students and college departments to ensure immediate resolution of issues and inquiries.

Registration Unit
Responsible for registering new and continuing students, overseeing all academic enrollment procedures and semesters, as well as updating students’ personal and academic information to ensure its accuracy.
Documents and Certificates Unit
Handles the issuance of certificates, transcripts, and temporary academic records. It also verifies the authenticity of academic documents and provides students with the necessary support to obtain their official papers.
Document Verification Unit
This unit specializes in verifying the authenticity of documents and certificates issued by the college, ensuring they meet official standards and are free from forgery or manipulation.
Electronic Archiving Unit
The Electronic Archiving Unit is responsible for securely storing and organizing all academic and administrative files and documents digitally, enabling quick access while ensuring protection against loss or damage.
