Established in 2010

The Services Division is one of the vital units in the college, playing a key role in providing a safe, healthy, and comfortable educational environment for students, faculty, and administrative staff. Its duties include supervising building cleanliness, general maintenance, landscaping, and providing logistical support for academic and administrative activities and events.

It is one of the main service divisions in the college and serves as a cornerstone in supporting the college’s infrastructure and ensuring the continuity of public services such as electric power, water supply, sewage systems, as well as organizing the operation of the college’s vehicles.

Providing outstanding support services that contribute to creating an ideal educational environment by maintaining the college’s facilities, ensuring a clean and safe setting, and efficiently supporting all educational and administrative operations with high quality.

Maintaining the cleanliness of all college facilities to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all affiliates.

Performing regular and emergency maintenance for buildings and public facilities.

Landscaping and maintaining green areas and gardens to enhance the overall aesthetic of the college.

Supporting student and administrative events and activities by providing the necessary logistical services.

Continuously improving the quality of services through training and updating work mechanisms.

1. Vehicle and Transportation Unit
This unit is responsible for organizing and managing the movement of the college’s vehicles and machinery, ensuring the availability of proper transportation to support academic and administrative activities. Its tasks include operating and maintaining vehicles, providing transportation for students and staff as needed, and organizing transport schedules during events and official visits.

2. Maintenance Unit
The Maintenance Unit handles all routine and emergency maintenance works within the college. It ensures the proper functioning of facilities and infrastructure, contributing to the continuity of services and safety of the educational environment. Its tasks include maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, and other technical support functions.

3. Gardens Unit
The Gardens Unit is responsible for the design and maintenance of green areas within the college, enhancing the campus’s aesthetic appeal and creating a comfortable and motivating learning environment. Tasks include planting trees and shrubs, trimming and maintaining gardens, cleaning green spaces, and maintaining the general cleanliness of open areas.
