The Media Division in the college is responsible for highlighting and documenting the college’s activities through media channels, and enhancing its institutional image before the community through various media means. The division acts as a link between the college and the external community, aiming to convey its message, goals, and achievements.

The Media Division aims to be an outstanding model in institutional communication, effectively contributing to building a positive image of the college and enhancing its media presence locally and regionally.

To efficiently and professionally convey the college’s scientific, academic, and social activities through modern media means, reflecting the college’s institutional identity, documenting its achievements, and enhancing its communication with the community.

Media Unit
The Media Unit is responsible for documenting and highlighting the activities, programs, and initiatives implemented by the college through various media channels, whether traditional or digital. It works to convey an accurate image of the college and its achievements to the external community. It also manages media content and publishes official news on approved platforms, enhancing the college’s presence in academic and social spheres.

 

Public Relations Unit

The Public Relations Unit is concerned with building and enhancing the college’s mental image by managing internal and external relationships, organizing official events and occasions, and receiving visitors and delegations. It aims to strengthen the spirit of belonging and effective communication between the college and the community, coordinating with official entities to ensure a respectable representation of the college in various forums.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Media and Public Relations Division

 

First: Media Aspect

Cover all college events and activities through media (photography, news writing, publishing).

Prepare and publish news and media reports on the website and social media platforms.

Document the college’s achievements with photos, videos, and suitable media content.

Design and prepare media materials (posters, brochures, videos, newsletters).

Archive the college’s media materials (photos, video clips, press coverage).

Coordinate with media outlets to publish news and reports related to college activities.

Produce media content that enhances the college’s institutional identity.

Second: Public Relations Aspect

Represent the college before external entities at events and occasions.

Coordinate the organization of official events and celebrations inside and outside the college.

Receive delegations and visitors and provide necessary arrangements for hospitality.

Build cooperative relationships with other institutions to strengthen media and community partnerships.

Organize media campaigns related to national and educational occasions.

Communicate with college members to coordinate attendance at internal events and occasions.

Enhance institutional belonging through interactive initiatives within the college environment.
