Financial Division

Established in 2010

The Financial Division is considered one of the key pillars of the college, as it is responsible for managing financial resources and organizing accounting operations in accordance with legal frameworks and approved accounting systems. The division works to secure the financial needs of various departments and units, ensure proper expenditure, and accurately and transparently monitor financial records.

Financial Records Unit (Accounts)
This unit  is responsible for documenting and recording all financial and accounting transactions within the college, updating them in officially approved accounting records. It preserves, organizes, and reviews financial data accurately, prepares periodic reports, and audits accounts to ensure transparency and financial compliance.

Payroll Unit The Payroll Unit

handles the preparation and disbursement of monthly salaries and financial allocations for employees and staff in the college, in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations. It also calculates deductions and allowances, ensures the accuracy of financial data for each employee, and monitors job changes affecting salaries.

Stores Unit
The Stores Unit is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and supplies belonging to the college. It oversees the organization of custody, updates the inventory records, and audits incoming and outgoing movements according to storage regulations. The unit supports departments by efficiently providing their needs and continuously monitoring stock balances.

Cashier’s Office Unit
This unit manages daily cash operations within the college, including receiving, handing over, and depositing amounts related to fees or other dues. It ensures that financial transactions are conducted with precise controls and documented records, coordinating with the Financial Records Unit to ensure balance reconciliation.

Higher Education Fund Unit
The Higher Education Fund Unit manages the fund’s resources related to scientific, service, and developmental activities within the college. Its tasks include financial planning for projects funded by the fund, auditing expenditures, and ensuring resource disbursement serves the development of the educational environment and improves the quality of services provided to students and staff.
