Continuing Education

Established in 2017

The Continuing Education Unit is one of the core units of the college. It is dedicated to developing the scientific and professional skills of community members by organizing courses, workshops, seminars, and training programs. The unit aims to connect the academic institution with its external environment and to meet the labor market and community needs for modern expertise and knowledge.

To make the Continuing Education Unit a leading center in human skill development and community partnership, contributing to the professional and academic advancement of the local community.

To provide specialized training and educational programs that meet the needs of individuals and institutions by utilizing the human and academic resources of the college, and to contribute to building a knowledge-based society founded on sustainable development.

Activating the college’s role in community service through non-formal education.

Mechanism of the Continuing Education Unit’s Operations

The activities of the Continuing Education Unit are managed through a systematic approach aimed at achieving quality and effectiveness in the implementation of training courses and programs. The work mechanism includes the following steps:

Training Needs Assessment

The unit communicates with college departments, community institutions, and beneficiary groups to identify topics and fields that are a training priority.

Preparation of the Annual Plan
The unit prepares an annual plan that includes proposals for courses, workshops, and lectures, specifying objectives, target groups, schedules, and teaching staff.

 

Approval and Organization of Programs
The training program is officially approved by the college administration, announced through available media channels, and participant registration is opened.

 

Implementation of Training Programs
Courses are conducted in designated college halls, with all necessary resources provided (equipment, materials, technical support), and supervised by specialized staff.

 

Evaluation and Follow-up
At the end of each activity, evaluation questionnaires are distributed to participants to measure the achievement of objectives and training quality, and detailed reports are submitted to the college administration.

 

Issuance of Participation Certificates
Certificates are awarded to participants who successfully complete the program, and their data is documented in a dedicated unit register.

 

Archiving and Documentation
All activities are archived both electronically and in print, with a database maintained including participant names, topics, and annual reports.
