In implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and with the aim of expediting the appointment procedures of graduates, the Technical Administrative College / Kufa has begun the process of launching the Functional Code System for the appointment of the top three graduates of each academic department and postgraduate degree holders, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (67/59) of 2017. The College Dean’s Office has directed the Registration and Student Affairs Division to provide the relevant authorities with all required data and documents of the graduates, in order to issue the functional code in coordination with the Specialized Committee at the Ministry of Higher Education and the Federal Public Service Council.
