They also follow up on students\u2019 scientific affairs and ensure the quality of educational performance. The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs carries out their duties through direct coordination with the Dean of the College and the heads of scientific departments. Their work relies on organizing and directing the educational and research processes to ensure adherence to the scientific policies set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.\n\nThe mechanism includes monitoring the implementation of study plans, supervising postgraduate programs, and overseeing the quality of education within classrooms and laboratories.
