Electronic Archiving Unit<\/span><\/strong>
Responsible for preserving and documenting all documents and records related to quality assurance activities within the college, including evaluation reports, surveys, accreditation files, and performance results. The unit aims to build an organized and secure institutional database that facilitates follow-up, review, and auditing.<\/p>

Quality Assurance Unit<\/span><\/strong>
The central unit for implementing and monitoring the application of institutional and academic quality standards within the college. It supervises the preparation of procedural manuals, supports departments in applying quality practices, and prepares periodic reports related to continuous improvement and total quality assurance.<\/p>

Performance Evaluation Unit<\/span><\/strong>
Specializes in assessing the performance of academic and administrative departments through objective indicators and approved evaluation standards. The unit analyzes survey results and annual reports, compares them with institutional goals, and provides recommendations to improve performance and develop institutional capabilities.<\/p>

Laboratory Accreditation Unit<\/span><\/strong>
Concerned with monitoring the implementation of scientific laboratory accreditation requirements within the college according to ministerial and national standards. It follows up on the readiness of laboratories in terms of equipment, safety, procedures, personnel, and documentation of lab work, aiming to ensure a safe and high-quality scientific environment.<\/p>

University Performance Unit<\/span><\/strong>
Responsible for measuring and analyzing university performance indicators specific to the college in light of local and global ranking requirements (such as government or ministry performance rankings).
