The Assistant Dean for Financial and Administrative Affairs carries out his duties through direct coordination with the college dean and the heads of units and departments related to financial and administrative fields. His work relies on planning, organizing, and daily supervision of all financial and administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.The assistant monitors the implementation of financial and administrative instructions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and relevant oversight bodies. He works on supervising performance within the payroll, accounts, stores, maintenance, human resources, and employee affairs units to ensure compliance with instructions and achieve the college’s strategic goals.He also supervises the preparation of periodic financial and administrative reports and contributes to decision-making related to resource management and optimal distribution.
