Overview
The Construction and Projects Division is the unit specialized in monitoring, planning, and executing construction and development projects within the college, including infrastructure, buildings, and educational and service facilities. The division strives to provide a safe and integrated learning environment that meets the current and future needs of the college, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Services Division
Overview
The Services Division is one of the vital units in the college, playing a key role in providing a safe, healthy, and comfortable educational environment for students, faculty, and administrative staff. Its duties include supervising building cleanliness, general maintenance, landscaping, and providing logistical support for academic and administrative activities and events.
Vision
It is one of the main service divisions in the college and serves as a cornerstone in supporting the college’s infrastructure and ensuring the continuity of public services such as electric power, water supply, sewage systems, as well as organizing the operation of the college’s vehicles.
Mission
Providing outstanding support services that contribute to creating an ideal educational environment by maintaining the college’s facilities, ensuring a clean and safe setting, and efficiently supporting all educational and administrative operations with high quality.
Objectives
Maintaining the cleanliness of all college facilities to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all affiliates.
Performing regular and emergency maintenance for buildings and public facilities.
Landscaping and maintaining green areas and gardens to enhance the overall aesthetic of the college.

Preparation of Studies and Plans:Assessing the college’s needs for new or expansion projects.Preparing technical designs and plans in collaboration with relevant authorities.Contributing to developing future visions and plans for infrastructure development.Project Implementation and Follow-up:Supervising the execution of construction and development projects within the college.Monitoring progress and ensuring contractors adhere to schedules and technical standards.Coordinating with executing companies and consultants to ensure quality implementation.Building Management and Maintenance:Supervising building and facility maintenance and ensuring their operational readiness.Following up on repair and rehabilitation work as needed.Administrative and Technical Coordination:Coordinating with governmental or ministerial bodies concerned with projects.Preparing periodic technical and administrative reports on project status and college needs.Quality and Safety Assurance:Committing to apply quality and safety standards throughout all project phases.Monitoring occupational safety procedures during construction works.Resource Rationalization and Sustainability:Adopting solutions and technologies that ensure project sustainability and reduce environmental impact.Providing recommendations to reduce future maintenance and consumption costs.
